Crisis Support Tool
Thousands of Victorian Muslim families are missing out on government payments, energy concessions, health care cards, and other support they are legally entitled to. ICV built this free tool to fix that.

Based on your answers, the tool identifies every government payment, concession, and support program you may be eligible for — across federal, state, and community programs.

Each matched program comes with plain-English, step-by-step instructions on exactly how to apply or claim — including phone numbers and direct website links.

Who we're helping
Families facing food insecurity across Victoria — including recent arrivals, refugees, and households that have fallen through the gaps of mainstream welfare systems.
How it works
ICV works directly with frontline community workers and local mosques to identify those in greatest need. Parcels are halal-certified, culturally appropriate, and delivered to the door.
How donations are used
100% of funds go to procuring and distributing halal food and essential household goods. Every dollar raised is a direct response to a family in need.
