Free consumer health information in English and community languages and a quiet space to rest between appointments. The hospital also provides subsidised care for asylum seekers and refugees.

A free, confidential, culturally safe virtual clinic for girls, women, and gender diverse people from puberty age and above, anywhere in Victoria, by phone or video. No referral and no Medicare card needed. Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, interpreters via TIS on 131 450.
