Israel is committing genocide in Gaza. Who says? They do!
Under international law, to constitute genocide, there must be a proven intent on the part of perpetrators to physically destroy a national, ethnical, racial, or religious group. Let's look at the public statements of just Israeli Ministers since October 7 that speak to genocidal intent.
"We [Israelis] are the people of light, they [Palestinians] are the people of darkness." — Benjamin Netanyahu, Israeli Prime Minister [16/10/23]
"You must remember what Amalek has done to you." In reference to the Old Testament passage commanding the complete annihilation of the Amalek. — Benjamin Netanyahu, Israeli Prime Minister [28/10/23]
"I have ordered a complete siege on the Gaza Strip. There will be no electricity, no food, no fuel, everything is closed. We are fighting human animals, and we act accordingly." — Yoav Gallant, Israeli Defence Minister [09/10/23]
"Gaza won't return to what it was before. We will eliminate everything." — Yoav Gallant, Israeli Defence Minister [13/10/23]
"North Gaza is more beautiful than ever. Blowing up everything is amazing. When finished, we will hand over the lands of Gaza to soldiers & settlers who lived in Gush Katif." — Amichai Eliyahu, Israeli Minister of Heritage [02/11/23]
"We are now actually rolling out the Gaza Nakba." — Avi Dichter, Israeli Minister of Agriculture, and former head of Shin Bet [11/11/23]
Now look at the barbaric slaughter of the civilians of Gaza by Israeli forces. This can only be described as a genocide before our very eyes.
