Leadership & Networking
The ICV strengthens Muslim community leadership, organisational capability and civic participation by connecting community members, member societies and leaders — with each other, and with the institutions that shape life in Victoria.
The ICV regularly hosts parliamentarians, government representatives, international delegations and community leaders, communicating the experiences and priorities of Victorian Muslims and building relationships that serve the community’s long-term development.
Civic engagement
The ICV encourages Muslim participation in civic life, and may convene election forums around relevant elections — giving the community direct opportunities to hear from candidates and representatives and to raise the issues that matter to them.
